Flash-Fry Method

The Smoking Wok

Heat your wok until it smokes. Swirl in oil and add garlic for 10 seconds. It should turn golden to infuse the oil with aroma.

Vegetable Sauté

Toss in minced veggies. Sauté on maximum heat for 1 minute. We want them crunchy and vibrant, not soft or steamed.

The Rice Throw

Add chilled 1121 Sella Basmati. Break any clumps. This parboiled rice is incredibly resilient—it won't break during high-heat tossing.

The Seasoning Swirl

Pour soy sauce around the edges of the wok. This caramelizes the sauce instantly, creating the smoky "Wok Hei" flavor.
