- Basmati Rice2 Cups
- Chicken Thighs & Drumsticks700g
- Yogurt/Hung Curd3/4 Cup
- Brown Onions1/2 Cup
- Tomato Puree1/2 Cup
- Garam Masala Powder1 tsp
- Saffron & Hot Milk2 tbsp
Instructions
01.
Marinate the chicken with brown onions, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, and spices for 2 hours or overnight.
02.
Soak the Basmati rice for 20 minutes before cooking.
03.
Sauté whole spices in ghee, add marinated chicken, and pressure cook for 3 minutes.
04.
Layer coriander, mint, and drained rice over the chicken. Add hot water and pressure cook for another 6 minutes.
