Ingredients
- Boiled Rice2 Cups
- Lemon Juice1 tbsp
- Peanuts12-15 pcs
- Mustard Seeds1 tsp
- Chana Dal1/2 tbsp
- Urad Dal1/2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves6-7 pcs
- Turmeric Powder1/2 tsp
Method
01.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add chana dal and urad dal, frying until golden.
02.
Add peanuts and fry until crunchy. Toss in whole red chilies, ginger, and curry leaves. Saute briefly.
03.
Lower heat, add turmeric, then fold in boiled rice, salt, and fresh lemon juice.
04.
Mix gently until evenly yellow. Garnish with coriander and serve warm.
